Delivery methods and times

Kids around ships to United Kingdom, mainland France, Corsica, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, the Netherlands and the USA. You will receive your delivery at home or office within 2–4 working days of confirming your order.

Kids around provides free shipping on orders from £120. For orders under £120, a £8.90 shipping fee for home deliveries will be charged.

Processing your order

Once you have confirmed payment, your order will be sent to our logistics department, which will then carefully prepare your order for safe shipping.

Your order will be delivered one day after confirmation to DHL, and you will immediately receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will indicate the products being shipped, as well as your package's tracking number so that you can track your delivery at www.dhl.com .

Returns

You have a period of 14 working days following the date of receipt of your order to request the return of an item for a refund.

The article must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by any accessories (bag, extra gift, box, etc.).

Nothing could be simpler than requesting a return.

  • Sign in to your account.
  • In the “My Account / My Returns” section, select the order and the items you wish to return, then click “Request return”.
  • Our customer service will send you a prepaid return label by email within 48 hours.
  • Pack the products to be returned, place the return slip inside the parcel, and attach the return label to the package.
  • Drop off your parcel at the post office.

Returns must be sent by post. Returns brought directly to the store will not be accepted.

You will be refunded the product price within 30 days of receipt of the returned product. Please note that delivery costs will not be refunded and that processing times may be longer for returns that do not follow the indicated procedure.

We are currently unable to offer item exchanges. We therefore recommend returning the product and placing a new order for your preferred item.

Guest account return

If you placed your order as a guest, please follow the steps below.

The customer visits https://uk.kidsaround.com/order-followup and enters their email address and order number.

They then receive an automatic email containing a “Make my return” button. By clicking it, they access a form to submit their return request.

Once the form is completed, the return label is generated and can be downloaded directly. It is also sent by email.

The customer must also download the returns slip (or returns note) and include it inside the parcel.

Returns are carried out in-store and are therefore handled manually. Customer service will provide the relevant procedure for the shop.

When the parcel is received (or when the shop confirms the return), the condition of the items (new, unworn, with tags) and their correspondence with the order will be checked.

Products purchased in-store may not be returned via our e-shop, and products purchased on our e-shop may not be returned in-store.
